Milestone 1

Gantt Chart and Critical path
A. Milestones and Subtasks
The project was divided into four key milestones that organized its development process from the beginning to the end. Milestone 1 was based on research and planning and entailed web design research, development of a site map, wireframes, and choice of hosting and development tools. Milestone 2 focused on the development stage, which involved the establishment of a framework, home page design, and incorporation of navigation components. Milestone 3 focuses on the integration and testing of the content based on the addition of the project content, the establishment of the blog, and mobile responsiveness (Nicholas & Steyn, 2020). The last milestone will entail reviewing and deploying the site and making a video presentation where the final project will be presented.
B. Success Evaluation
The team has been able to achieve the main objectives that were stipulated in the last two weeks, especially the framework setup and the development of navigation. These accomplishments conformed to Milestone 2 and guaranteed the shift towards content integration in Milestone 3. The success was explained by a regular monitoring of tasks and good coordination between members, which reduced the time overruns (Nicholas & Steyn, 2020). There were, however, slight delays in the configuration of the navigation content as placeholders had to be adjusted, but the delays were soon fixed without taking up the general schedule.
C. Lessons Learned from the Past Two Weeks
D. Next Milestone, Subtasks, and Deadline
E. Actions for Future Success

During the last two weeks, the team came to know the value of proper time estimation and dependency monitoring in the Gantt Chart. The periodic review of progress assisted in determining the areas where more effort had to be put in to be on track with the critical path (Nicholas & Steyn, 2020). The encounter helped emphasize the importance of communication and a proactive approach to solving issues to avoid escalating delays.
D. Next Milestone, Subtasks, and Deadline
The next milestone focuses on Milestone 3, which involves adding project content, setting up the blog, and conducting mobile responsive testing, with a completion deadline of November 14, 2025. Team members should also clean up content materials, conduct early usability testing, and document all changes effectively during personal study time to achieve further success (Nicholas & Steyn, 2020). Adherence to timeframes and consistent communication among the members will be necessary to help keep the project moving and ensure it is ready to enter the final stage of the deployment process.
E. Actions for Future Success
The members of the team will be required to spend an extra time at a personal level to revise the technical aspects, review the parts of the framework, and perform internal quality assurance to maintain success. The project management platform must be transparent and accountable through constant documentation and communication (Nicholas & Steyn, 2020). Concentrating on efficiency, anticipative resolution of issues, and following deadlines will go a long way in ensuring progress. Frequent review of the Gantt chart and keeping track of the critical path will keep the project on track with the schedule and goals of the project as a whole
